That car was at a US Marshall's sale a few years ago. It is an auto and it has been repaired from it's prior condition. When it was at the sale the right side rockers behind the front wheel were cracked.
I asked John Page @ 21st Century about the car and it's previous owner. He just smiled back and said "what do you think??"

You are correct, it can be done for a price. In the description it says that an auto has been added to the car so there you go. Lander's can chime in, but I think it was around 8-10k to do the conversion.

The flame is good but not on that car. When Kobe Bryant got caught cheating he bought an exotic car and had it modded for an automatic so she could drive it. But at least it has the motor to back up it up....
I have seen said car in Houston about 3 years ago. Trust me I would never forget that sweet paint job. The car has lots of badges ZO6, LF, 1999, 426rwhp and on and on. I personally can't tell from the close up picture of the door sticker that it is the door sticker from that car etc. Personally that car screams 1999FRC, and possible a number of other corvettes. I know someone who once owned this car is on tech. I personally believe the car is a complete scam, and price should reflect that I'll offer 7K cash, but not a cent more.
