Help with Firefox.

Restarted my laptop the other night and when it was done loading I opened up Firefox and got nothing. I am connected to the internet and can use other programs but not my browser. I did not change any settings. It will load for a few minutes and then nothing. IE does not work either. I am connected, it does not work on another network and my other laptop connects and runs just fine. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you been looking at a lot of **** lately?

Run some spyware/adware/malware/virus programs.

Try restarting your computer and during boot-up press f8 and it will give you some options on how you want to start windows. Select "Safe mode with Networking" and continue. Your screen should be at a very low resolution now(everything will look bigger) Try your internet now. If it works it is obviously a software related issue like a virus or spyware program. Once your in safe mode you can disable all of your start up programs and services and should fix it for ya.
