Default Tunes in TX

ok so a buddy of mine had his car orignally tuned by a shop in TX I guess a couple yrs ago and since then he has done a few new things and wanted to get retuned by same place but they told him it would be full price since it has been over a yr.

Kinda BS but not the point He is looking for another shop to do his tune

any top notch places I can recomend to him?

^^^I agree. As long as you have the same car, you get retunes for $75.
