house got broken into while i was at school wow. im so pissed its just not even explainable. the thing about it is they just took my xbox and left my games behind. but resident evil 5 was in the xbox. omfg i was so close to beating wesker.

Yes they are, even if they change out the hard drive it still recognizes the box. Essentially whoever ends up buying that one can't use it online.

yes its terrible man lol. ive been seeing threads about cars being stolen and never though anyone would steal my xbox. guess i joined the someone stole something from my house club.
Contact XBL, let them know the situation, give them your gamertag and **** if you dont know the serial. I would assume they would be able to track it if someone ever turns it on with an internet connection.
That sucks...Although its different depending on what they stole, its a REALLY bad feeling that someone was walking around your house, doing with it & and taking what they want.

Feel glad that's all they took. I've seen people on here that have had almost their whole house wipped out. I know if someone broke into my house and knew what they were getting, I'd be out 10's of thousands of dollars. But if it was a dumbass, they'd probably leave it.
