Default DFW Area people

I'm looking to move to the DFW area in about 3 years or so. I know every area has its ups and downs and what not. But I'm curious at the moment what areas of the DFW area I should stay away from. My price range is roughly 250k - 350k. A friend of mine lives in North Richland Hills and that area seems rather nice.

I came across this house in Double Oak, Tx which seems pretty nice

i lived in NRH for 10 years. its not too bad, but its starting to go downhill. now if you go a little further east, you'll hit hurst and colleyville. much nicer and much better suited for your price range. colleyville is awesome

Double Oak, Highland Village, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Lantana are all good areas. Plano, Frisco are good too.
