Anyone live in Spring Trails (Spring, TX)

If so, what do you think about the area? Pros? Cons?

I'm looking to move and that's one of the places we are looking.

The Spring area is pretty nice. My family has always lived in this area and now they live in Windrose close to the course.

The spring are overall is nice, but I must admit over the past 15 years i've lived here, its kinda gone down hill a bit in certain areas, and they have certainly take alot of tress out

But there are still some very nice neighborhoods though.

definate;y do some more research before settling. I live in Spring and agree that it has definately gotten worse in some pockets in the last few years.

only place ive actually known two different people that have brutally murdered someone.

Are you saying you knew two different murderers in the Spring area???? or that you knew two people that have been murdered?

Overall I really like the Spring / Woodlands area. Yes, there are a few "bad" parts of town but I believe you will find that with any area you try to move to.

two that have killed seperately. both worked at the oreilly on louetta and stuebner. three if you count the guy that drained the oil, but i didnt really know him.
