almost at 60lbs
almost at 60lbs since i started the weight loss campaign lol, ive lost 57lbs or 55. Ive been hittin the gym like crazy. Sometimes i take a week off, and get right back in. I just started walking the katy trail in downtown on sunday. So that is 5 to 6 miles. I just need to work on my diet a bit, right now im on a liquid protein diet. My nephew is tempting me with tacos.
ive lost 65 lbs gradually in bout a year.....my diet isnt too bad....its normal really....just no sodas sweets...etc....i just need to hit the gym....im just lazy bout that sort.....oh....and dont eat till ur stuffed...eat till ur full.....smaller meals more throughout the day.....make sure u get a breakfast in too.....i never ate breakfast till this past year or so.....its not good to starve urself or anything....and im no dietician or anything like that....just a 20 yr old that hit 250lbs and got pissed off, haha. im at 180-185 now
