Record/lp value question
Record/lp value question Does anyone here know how i can find out the value of a record album that i have? The record in question is a johnny cash greatest hits vol. 1. It is in mint condition with original mint sleeve. I have tried searching but can not come up with anything

Yep, something is worth only as much as someone is willing to pay. And I doubt LPs are holding their values anymore given the ease of access to music in this digital age. You'd have to find the right collector. And there should be books available in Barnes & Noble (or even check Amazon) that have price lists for collectibles.

Vinyl holds its value. It just depends on what you have. Most normal releases aren't worth anything, regardless of age. What are collectible are things like MONO recordings, anything pressed in limited quantities on 180g vinyl, picture discs, test pressings, crap like that.
