N.Korea

Anyway, on topic. North Korea is just rattling their sabers. I'm sure that the nukes they're testing aren't their own, why would they waste their limited supply on tests? I'll bet they're testing nukes for Iran and at the same time advertising to terrorist organizations that what they have is for sale.
On the other hand, Kim Jong Il could be on a suicide mission to take his own country out. He knows that once he's gone, the next person will most likely make wide sweeping changes, changes that he see's as a threat to his country. This man is a lunatic and doesn't have much longer to live, he knows this, he just may fire off a few nukes and go out in style.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
1: radioactive hail (hello Spiderman??)
2: radioactive cloud (hello Spider-tumor??)
Either way, a lot of people are going to have reproductive problems, leukemia, and no super-powers. Don't even get me started on ocean or thermal currents carrying this crap and affecting food sources.
Now, as far as N. Korea being stable enough to leave the bright red button alone, the Asian war culture isn't like most.
. . . . AND don't get me started on the FACT that more naturally occurring Uranium can be found in 1 cubic mile of ocean water than in any warhead. . . .
either that, or they are just using up their crappy ones to make room for the new ones
