Default Vibration under acceleration and at 70mph+

Bought the car with a mystery vibration, previous owner suspected either tire/wheel problem or ujoint/shaft problem. I personally balanced the tires and checked wheels for bends, and just reinstalled the driveshaft with new ujoints and rebalanced. Still vibrates from about 70 on up. Also upon mild to hard acceleration from a dig I could hear/feel some "clunking" from what felt like the rear end. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Something IS bent or broken. Could be a lot of things though: frame, suspension, bolt, bushing...

Put the rear end up and check for asymmetry.
