Matt at SNL hands down. He street tuned many LSX cars in dfw from stock blocks to big
stroker motors to F.I, and now is SNL'S tuner. every one I know is more than pleased with his work. He is the best around no questions asked. Give them a call I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out. I don't know why someone is bashing them, but if I had to guess it was do to a personal problem, and not something to do with the car. So do yourself a favor and get in touch with them you won't be dissapointed.

Well if they got a different tuner then that might be a different story. I still think I would rather have Daniel with his twelve years of experience modifying my template. I like the fact that the owner is tuning my car since I know I won't have to deal with bull **** excuses if something goes wrong. Do yourself a favor ha!!!!

I should have just kept my mouth shut. BTW Sam I was not discrediting your ability to tune since I have heard good things about you and the other shops listed in this thread.
So anyway yeah lots of choices for good tuning in DFW.

As far as me swing from nuts and leg humping? Grow a pair bitches! I made my statements based on 20 to 30 dif people giving the same testamonials that TS99V6 and Trents_goat5.7 gave! I would not have argued the point if I heard nothing but bad things about them! Yes! I will take my car to them and YES! my car will run 10 times better! Man I thought some of you guys were pretty cool! Boy was I wrong...

Wow what a pissing match this started. I am just looking for someone with experience doing a 2bar SD tune. Sam if you could send me some contact info I would appreciate it. I know this isn't a vette, f body, or gto, but I have a **** ton of cash in it and want it not only to run right but run great. I had a sd tune on it before that was **** it surged on idle and bucked in light throttle on the highway. That's what I'm trying to avoid.

A lot of people on here has had him tune before,
but I do know that he caused a major error on my car and led me on for weeks about coming to fix it and never showed.
If something goes wrong, he won't stand behind what he did.
Ask my old corvette z06 how I know?

If you need more details, feel free to PM me and I will explain.
I too have quite a bit of money tied up into my setup.
My advice...call a reputable shop that will stand behind their work.
My two cents would be Simple Quick Racing.
If they are full, try RPM.

Be careful with getting Sam to tune your truck man.

I would bet Chris at HPP has done more SD tunes than anyone in the area. In many cases he tunes through the MAF (which many tuners stick to the basics of PE, VE, etc).
But for the most part, he prefers SD. Not only does he take the time on the dyno, but the key to a good SD tune is simulating ALL driving conditions with a wideband and proper datalogging.
Daniel at SQR knows his stuff as well but Chris at HPP gets my vote.
