Default Drip Rail/Molding Removal?

Does anyone know a way to remove and replace the black drip rail/molding on a firebird (camaro may be the same) hardtop. The year is 95' and I'm trying to replace it with a new on but don't wanna screw up the paint just need to get some advise before I start.

Thanks bud, she's a tad higher in the front now as I replaced all the front bushings a couple months ago and didn't realize she had sagged a tad in the front. LOL!!!
