I have a 01 z06 and im replacing the clutch, ive decided to go with spec 2+ clutch

But the thing is that i have a brand new fidanza flywheel that will fit. Will i be ok using a aluminum flywheel if i dont dump clutch and hard dig pulls etc?

I think he was asking if the aluminium FW will get damaged if he beats on it like the factory one.

From what I understand, no. The only difference, I think, is how quickly the engine will rev and the driving style you like. As far as things breaking. They wouldn't make it as an "upgrade" if it would break easier under stress.
