Idk bro. Either it was competely repainted including the hard top (maybe to cover up something) or more likely it was a b4c (former police pursuit vehicle). Idk how many came manual trans tho. It does have some minor damage in right front too. If it were me I'd prolly talk it way down to 6.5K or just take a pass on it. If ur serious run a carfax on it and take it from there but I'm thinking you can get more for ur buck.

get the vin number and have a dealership look up the VIS on it (Vehicle Inquiry System) it will give you all the option codes and warranty work and can tell you if its a B4C or if by some chance it came with the white "Monochromatic Roof"
