Question Stall and cam

Okay so you guys advice seems to be good. So I am going to buy a stall as well as a cam (and headers and y pipe.) So what size stall and what cam do you recommend? Remember it is an auto, daily driver, and I do want a semi-rough idle.

youll probably get more hits in the gen 3 internal section but by you saying you want a DD car i personally would recommend a 224-228 cam depending on how big you want to go match up with a 3200-4000 stall also depending on how big you want to go.

For you with it beind a daily I would recommend a 228/232 (smallish cam) and a 3600 stall. The 3600s are tight (experience from Yank stalls) and would be very good for daily driving. The cam duration I just stated woudl also be pretty fit for that stall. A good rule of thumb is the bigger the cam, the bigger the converter for the basics (no forced induction)

The SS3600 is the top choice with the F-Body groups

228-232 on a 110 and 3200 stall would be sweet for a dd...
