Any members from here? I just moved here in august and am now looking for any help I can get for a motor swap sometime in October.

Even finding a place to rent/borrow a engine hoist would be a great benefit.

I'm from San Angelo, lived in Sweetwater for a little while a few years ago and was in Abilene quite a bit. There is a local forum for Abilene racing but it just crashed and reopened so there are very few posts on it right now. Check out abilenestreetscene.info or saracing.net for San Angelo's local forum.

cool, I never even looked for a local forum. It crossed my mind while driving the other day, because when I lived in lubbock they had a pretty decent one.

My buddy that coming to help me is coming from angelo.
