Default Getting crack in wheel welded? dfw

One of my brothers Y2Ks has a small crack, very small hairline on the back of the wheel were the bead sits. I was wondering if it could just be welded on the outside and be ok? If so maybe some good places that someone has experice with to do it. Its a very small hairline but slowly leaks air. He doesnt have much money in the wheels at all and so a cheap fix would be nice so it can stay that way. Any advice would be nice also.

Thanks
Jon

Try wheel technologies in the dallas area. They did one of mine about 4 years ago for 100.00 and it was a pretty big crack! The also took the bend out of the rim!

You need to edit some more, and put a side note that says still gets pulled on the highway by cam only silverado that has never been on a dyno and ran a nasty 8.9 at 84mph at the track, man.
