Default lt1 in 90 jag

just started my project today motor was bad .bought car and was told it was a lt1 .pulled motor today motor has 5.7 liter on block .but it has cast iron heads on it .was told it was a police motor out of a 95 camro .i has told all lt1 motors has alim.heads. is this true what do i have here and where can i find the serial#s

no not alt lt1 have auminum heads..caprices and impalas have iron ones ...make sure you dont have a baby lt1...serial numbers are betweencylinder 1 and 2 rockers on each head

I can remember seeing a lt1 jag at the old rkc meets back in like 05', pretty badass I thought.

If it's an iron headed 350 and you want a set of Alum F-car heads let me know, I still have the stock pair off my TA. I even have a set of new LT4 head gaskets to go with them. I'm in Houston also.

Look for 327 on the side of the block.
