So i think i have seen this in here before but, was just curious if there is anyone down here in Houston area that does the black chrome on wheels, i would like to get my bogarts done and just curious if there are any good shops that can do this and how much it might cost?

I read an article in a chopper magazine that had some sweet looking black chrome, I'll get the company's name for you after work. Don't think it was in Houston, but if you don't mind being patient I think this place would be worth the wait.
