OBD2 in DFW

OBD2 in DFW My 96' TA is running closed loop, so I have always had to do the "second chance tail pipe test" since there are too many not ready codes on the car. Texas law no longer allows this alternative test. It does not spit out a bunch of hydrocarbons, but because the law changed, my inspection is several months out now.
Anyone know where or how I can get the inspection done? What is everyone else in this situation doing?

I'm in the same boat and I own an inspection shop.. pretty much have to get it fixed or retuned so it doesn't have the not ready codes show up.
Kind of sucks. MY buddies Viper is the same way.. No check engine light but has more than 2 not ready's..
