There's a guy I know that can make these:
They are pretty sweet. Not exactly "neon" but I thought you might be interested. He's in need of some money, so I'm sure if I can get him some business, he'll be willing to work with the price to cut you a deal, especially if you got more than one. He can also make it say anything/any emblem you want.

It's basically:
1/2" thick clear acrylic, in the base is LEDs and then i use a vinyl that simulates the etched look. there 12"x6" plus 2" base.
I've got 2 of these in my bedroom back at home. They look sweet lit up at night!
