anyone here work for ADT? I am wanting to add some stuff to my alarm system and the rates ADT wants to charge for soomeone to come out and do the work are way too much IMO. does anyone here work for ADT or knwo someone that does? If you want to help me out and do this on the side please email me.

Dude, wired system is partly magnetic depening upon your type contacts. I think you mean wired or wireless?
To the OP, I used to work for ADT, but that sounds bout right for their labor as they don't like coming out just to do programming.
