yea they restrict you on options at each level choice there is. it seems like the price is a little high but then i realize it's the normal $53.xx for registrations and then another $60ish for the plates EVERY year.

Its $60 on top of registration now? Hopefully I'm locked in at my $40 a yr, that I've been paying. I guess we'll see come July.
