X2 Best way to burn fat is build muscle. In all honesty you can do p90x once or twice a week combined with an amazing diet and see better results then a mediocre diet and p90x 6 times a week.

I've been through it twice now. I like it a lot. Definitely works, that's for sure. This time I'm taking it with some different supplements and it's pretty awesome so far. I've only been focusing on the chest, back, and arms workouts this time though...

I have done both P90X and Insanity and they both will kick your butt! I personaly liked Insanity more, It definetely was more Intense, and I lost 25 pounds! I wasnt even overweight, now Im just shredded though! Anyway good luck and push yourself to finish what you start! Oh, BTW someone needed the documents, PM Ill email them to you. Also, If any of you need a set of P90X,p90x+, OR Insanity PM I will burn you a set for cheap! I dont get on much anymore so I might take a day or 2 to respond.

I have been doing this program now for about 3 weeks. Honestly, I'm only following it at about 50%. I've got a newborn in the house, a 6 year old, work, etc that takes up so much time that it's just hard sometimes to get a workout in or prepare a meal. With that said, I am down 13 pounds. Flabby 186 to a less flabby 173. Overall, I'm pleased with the results so far. If you are a single guy or girl and have dedication and time, there's no way in hell the program won't get you very good results.

If you follow their advice and use heavier weights to do 8-10 reps, you WILL build muscle during your P90X workouts. Don't knock it until you try it.
