head bolts need help!!!

looking for head bolts for my car, apparently there are two different types, the gm parts book says my car uses 3 different lengths but everywhere else says my head bolts are equal length and use two different bolts. can anyone help me with this? thank you

im pretty sure your going to have a late model 04 so you are going to need a 04+ head bolt

5.3 706 casting heads. is it the block that is different? or is it the heads, the heads i have look like they should all be the same length.

its the block that is different me and mile went through 3 different sets before we found the correct ones

you mean 0.5 mile lol, damn i dont want to have my car down that long, i have been reading and no one with a build date of before april of 2004 has had the equal length head bolts, my car was built january of 2004 so i think im gonna go with the unequal lengths.
