Default RIP Bob Probert

One of the best hockey fighters NHL will ever see. Sad he passed at the young age of 45. Compilation vid I found on Youtube.

you wanted to someone to protect your best player, there was none better than Probert, sad he died so youg. Most people on this board seem to be pretty young and do not know who he is..

This is the Texas section. We don't even know what the hell hockey is.

try to make it out of Alvin TX more often, Stars are huge in DFW.. perhaps the last 2 yrs there has been a decline. Hockey is a badass sport..

I've been to a few Aeros games. They are pretty fun to watch but like I said, this is Texas. Hockey probably ranks 6th behind football, basketball, baseball, soccer and mma. We don't keep up with who's the enforcer for the Boston Bruins. I'd bet most of us couldn't even tell you who Wayne Gretzky played for.

in DFW it maybe a little different, I remember when we had a 240ish game sellout streak.. which is close to 6 straight years of every game packed.. That is all I am saying.. I also do not know your age, hockey was the **** back in the mid 90's in Big D, especially with the Cowboys tearing it up too..

I'm 33. I'm well aware of the Stars' and Cowboys' success.
