weather and how it affects performance
Yeah the 6.0 is faster from the factory but you basically pay more for 30-40hp.....(i would think the 5.7's are underated), bigger brakes and a different wheel package if it has it. Everything else is identical.. Get a tune and cam on that thing, you might not notice a big hp difference from the tune but you will notice better times at the track.
Fall sunday morning track session with mid 70's temps with low humidity about a 1400 DA i ran 13.1 @ 106
Same track, early may saturday afternoon 97 degrees with a mid level humidity, 13.99 @ 100. ABout a 2600 da.

Nitrous creates its own atmosphere basically since it comes in at below freezing temperatures.
FWIW I dynoed 868rwhp in 40-50* weather (SAE numbers) and dynoed again in 95+* heat and made 830rwhp on the same boost. Heat KILLS turbo/supercharged cars.

They are suppose to be installing my windshield one day coming up soon. Which means the car will be up at the office. I'll shoot you a PM when its up here so we can some fun runs and grab some lunch.
AWD Ross... AWD... Wait I don't have that anymore... Not to worry though the ol Z71 has 4WD, but it doesn't even spin on wet pavement in the rain or snow... So technically I think we have just busted that myth!
Gonna have to be a day after work. I drive on drag radials every so often. But I don't like leaving the bottles in my car not with this weather anyway.
