Default Stretching wheels

I have an old set a ralley's Id like to stretch from 8in to a 10in wheel. Im looking for someone to do the work, any referrals or ideas would be great. Thanks.

Wheels America did a good job widening some wheels for me a couple years ago.I would use them again if needed.

i had a bad experience with wheels america in san antonio, they did shoddy work on my wheel didn't listen to instructions and kept my firehawk center cap and now can't find it. I've heard these guys are good but no personal experience. http://www.stocktonwheel.com/
