What to get: C5 or Z28??? i am about to be sellin my camaro, truck and trailer here soon and cant decide on what to get next... either a c5 or ls1 4th... both will have to be automatic... ive been kinda leaning towards a C5 Hatch and throwin a set of 2010 Z06 replica wheels on it and installing a circle D converter and for engine mods: LE stg2 ported 243's, Custom LE cam and FAST intake with a K&N intake and a set of AR headers, offroad x and Corsa catback....

instead of spending all the initial money buying a vette i also thought about getting a Z28 and buildin a forged 395 LS1, LE stg3 ported 243's, Custom LE blower cam, FAST Intake, and run a Procharger in the 15-20psi or so range... LT headers, offroad x over axle exhaust, circle D converter and rebuilt trans with good clutchpacks etc.. and 12bolt or 9" rear with 3.73 gear...
guess thats enough detail to just help make a decision... let me know your opinions please and thanks...

well seeing that a ls1 z can be had for about 6-7 and and a cheap vette runs about 13-14 roughly the same cost... maybe a little more on the camaro but not much... i would definately look for a used procharger unit befor i forked out the money on a new one... im not looking to have the nicest stuff, just like to be quick...
and i like the trans ams alot but im more a camaro guy... vette would be the only other car id buy at this point...
