JB Weld is what you can use as a filler and still get items powder coated. As far as being able to take the load of driving I'm confident. The shop that did them has experience in widening wheels so I don't doubt their capability of holding up. Luckily I don't daily drive the formula and currently have black FM5's on the car so these will be thrown on when I take a cruise.
