Hey everybody. I would like to ask you all for a favor...Quick and easy.

Go to Dallas-FW Regionals.

And please please vote for Omar Flores. He is the "Executive Sous" chef (executive chef) at the Abacus in Dallas (I don't know if you all have been there, but it's great). I know him personally and he will greatly appreciate this.

I'm not kidding he is the best chef I have ever had food from.

Oh and please vote everyday once a day until August 30th.

Voted for him and not trying to be an *** but just for the record, a sous-chef de cuisine (under-chef of the kitchen) is the direct assistant of the executive chef, and is second in command, not the executive chef.
