what would you do?

What would you do if you noticed a rock chip on your pass side door? And the person that did it laughed when you noticed it. I work at a shop in Dallas and the owner brother mows the grass. I noticed he wasn't shutting the cutting blade off when he drove over gravel. And the pass side was facing the area he was cutting so I know it was from a rock. I'm so pissed off I wanna find out where he lives and **** his **** up with a bat or airplane paint thinner or just break his nose.

Well since it's the owner of the place you work, I'd handle it different than normal. I'd talk to the owner of your shop personally

id talk to him about it and see if he wont pay to have it fixed. if he refuses, then i'd man up, buy the 6 dollar tube of scratch filler paint, and NOT throw a fit about it
