I don't really bash decent imports anymore. I've won and lost many races to imports. Usually you can tell if it's a ricer or not by how they act. If they're super cocky about their 1988 Honda civic with an 8" exhaust tip that sounds like crap, and faded/chipped paint they're usually a ricer...
Before my cam/heads/stall swap, I lost to a modded 2010 WRX sti. After he won, he didn't brag or put his hazards on. He just said "nice car, i've always wanted one." and off he went.

I drive an lsx car but i do know alot about imports as well. A k20 is a 2.0 liter dohc motor derived from and acura rsx type s or a honda crv. It makes 200 to 210 hp stock at the flywheel. Fully built id guesstimate anywhere over 240 at the flywheel. You have to consider a hatch weighs considerably les than an fbody....anywhere from 600 to 800 lbs. It will be a good race. Bring your a game joe and you should be fine. But dont underestimate people lol.

wait, or is it V8's that have the single heads with DOHH (dual over head head)

I just got back from the shop after installing the clutch. I haven't raced yet. He wants me to go to some car meet tonight to race, but I got plans at 8. I told him I wanted to go at like 6.
