Just found this thread, I'll put my 2cents in...
I had my A&A supercharged C6 tuned by Owen late summer of '08. It ran hard for a little over a year and 3500 miles, (8500 miles total on the car) and then blew a ring landing on the number 3 cylinder. He's tuning is crap. Simply put. He doesn't tune for drivablity and doesn't tune for changing climate and seasons. Just in and out WOT tune and see you later. I also had my spec3+ clutch installed by their other mechanic, I can't remember his name, but he seemed to be a quiet nice guy. So far 3k mile or so, the clutch has been working fine...knock on wood.
I decided to take my car to a well respected shop that puts out quality cars and fast ones that actually stay together this time. I swore to myself I was going to do it right this time around. Took it to Dallas Performance and will be getting it back soon with engine rebuilt, extra parts, and tuned by Taylor....
