I know some guys that have been a couple of times and every time they go someone tries to jack their **** (car, stereo or both) while they are in there walking around.

that place was awesome about 10 years ago...
I lived in the apartment complex right across the street and 1 block down from there for a few months. That place has become a looking glass into hell.
Went 1 time while I lived there and it was terrible other than playing a fun game: count the mullets/count the pregnant girls

The most I've had stolen while wandering around aimlessly was some headlight covers off an expedition. I lucked out and bought a pair just like mine from a local vendor before leaving.
