lmao thanks for the help guys! my friend reaaaally wants to get one so I was trying to figure out what kind of dog it was. turns out its a teacup pomeranian not just a regular one..something about a puffball with eyes that she thinks is cute lol

It is a Pomeranian. My grandparents had a couple of them that looked just like that, damn things were like an over sized living cotton ball.
