Years ago, my mom had a 86 Grand Prix. 1 week ofter it was paid off, it was stolen out the her work parking garage. They found it a week later, steering column and dash were fucked up. She sold it not long after she got it fixed. Just couldn't drive it anymore.
Good luck on finding it in one piece.

I had a silver 98 trans am stolen last week (5-4-11) in denton, tx. Mine was almost completely stock and paid off. I didnt realize how hot these cars where in DFW for car thieves. If i do get it back i plan on adding some kind of GPS so i can track and hurt a MF that takes it!!! If you have a silver TA be on the lookout!!!

silver t/a's are like candy i guess my friend has a 2002 silver ws6 stolen about 5 months ago in garland. they must be constructing a transformer for the new movie with multiple trans am parts.

I'v heard of them doing that in south Louisiana. Break in through the T-top and/or tow it. Same thing with bikes too. They are renting U-hauls and going to apt. complexes and just rolling them up in the back.

and this is exactly why you don't put stickers on your vehicle for performance shops or parts that you have installed in the car.....it's like an advertisement that there's something better than stock in the car, and just screams "steal me!".
