Default Active Handling

I have a 05 c6 Z51

i was pulling into my apartments this weekend and the active handling engaged or something. it felt like the front right brake was on and the car would hardly move. on the dash it was flashing active handling and would not stop. I had to turn the car off and restart it to make it go away. the traction control button would not clear it either. I always drive with the traction control off so could that have caused it? or what else could have caused it? it has not done it sense.

when it did engage i was going around a corner slow.

I've heard of the C6's having the front pass brake just randomly engage, even at speed.

Can you pull codes on a C6 like you can on a C5? Might be a place to look. I know I get an ABS pump motor failure when I take a certain exit at a certain speed and hit a bump just right. It is only that one exit though.....

yeah i checked and no codes... it has not done it sense... it may have been just a freak thing. i just don't want it to happen if I'm going a 120 or something. it could be fun but i really don't want to find out lol

If you still have warranty I would bring it in to be checked. If not I would pull the wheel off and check the brake and rotor. Just my 2 cents

yeah its still under warranty. i just hate taken cars to the dealership when the problem is not there... they look at you like your high or something. i didn't take the wheel off but the rotor looks fine and is smooth.

i may go by there after work and see what they say... maybe they have a explanation.
I'm thinking i just turned crazy and it didn't like it. it gets angry if you don't park it in reverse so maybe it didn't like that turn lol
