Default y pipe

I am installing headers this weekend and i plan on using a magnaflow merge and having the muffler shop make the rest instead of fooling with a full y pipe. they are ebay headers and the driver side header points toward the floor of the car, which is why i wanna have it custom made. the collectors are 3". I guess what i need to know is what size inlets/outlet i need to order.

Sup jiveass. I've looked at this a couple times. There are some great threads that deal with it. Gl
