Default rollpan/body work question

Is there anyone around the clear lake area that would be able to take a blended rollpan and, well I guess un-blend it. Im getting cracks where its been filled and with the terrain I drive the truck on its only going to get worse.

The rollpan is steel. I really would just like the area that was filled from the pan to the bed to be removed so that is is just pan, gap, bed. Im sure you get the idea, I am just not sure on how easily that can be done.

Not easily. If it was done right, which is doubtful since its cracking, then the pan will be welded to the bedsides. Either way, you're probably going to be better off buying a new pan and starting over, but it will probably require quite a bit of work to your bedsides to make it look right.

doesn't sound like it's welded, just Glassed and Body filler on the sides.....never seen a welded pan crack...well unless it was one of the 3 I drug off when I had my Bagged Ranger

Just depends on how thick they laid on the filler... I've seen some pretty horrible shave jobs, even welded.. lol

I'm almost positive it's not welded to the bedside. Only reason I want to see if I could get it in-blended is because I would like to maintain the look of the rollpan if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. If I have to, I can just get the rollpan taken off,and Bedsides smoothed out where the filler was and just throw on a stock bumper if need be. Just looking for options. If anyone could ballpark me a price through pm that would be great, if not I guess I'm stuck with calling around and hope I find a decent body shop. I really don't want my **** hacked up though.
