What hoses are you talking about? Vac lines, or the hoses that go into the manifolds? both of them you can take care of them with some plugs. I've read some people use some scrap metal and some rtv to create plugs for the manifolds.
thanks for the help guys, svg yes im talking about the ones going to the manifold im converting to a ls6 intake while swapping headers so ill be needing the vac lines. Do i need to worrie about anything else while removing the air and egr systems?
simply unplug the electric connector from the egr if you wont be using it bend the flex tube to the side(doing headers remove it all together!!!), if you have a buddy with a tuner its worth 50+ $$ for credits to have him delete the air/egr so your egr isnt running open cycle witch retards the timing enough to loose any benefit if not more of doing the swap!!!
