Default Need help...

Hey guys, can someone find me a name and address for this dipshit? Backed into my wife's truck and then just shrugged in off and drove off. You can even see the dent in his car right on the Mercedes emblem. I didn't feel like chasing him down, so just snapped a picture and I'll send him a letter from my attorney.

Thanks!

It was in a parking lot, so I doubt they would do anything. I just happened to be pulling in to meet her and saw it, so I pulled out behind him and snapped the pic. People like that just burn me up!

Whether in your backyard or a parking lot, a hit and run is a hit and run. Make a police report, give them that picture, call your insurance.

Good luck, would you be able to ID the driver?

Owner of the vehicle is responsible. At least it is if you loan your car out and they run a redlight or ez tag toll.

"Make a police report, give them that picture"
do not think they will make a report- or take the pic unless it is good looking woman

"call your insurance."

I was kind of joking about the backyard thing.

I'd do a police report anyway. Most insurances require it. Plus, it keeps the OP in the clear because as stated earlier, he left the scene and it's now 'his word against the other', by filing a report, he's kind of adding some strength to his argument.
The picture is so that the authorities have a license plate number to go off of should they choose to pursue this further.

Without being able to positively ID the driver, it is going to be a he said-she said deal.
