Default Intake painted? Thoughts?

I did not want to go with the norm of everyone else so I went big.

You all think it should have just been blue or silver like the rest.... screw that.

Everyone has the same color and I absolutely hate blue.

However, I think the red should be black?
That might make it stand out more, less Christmassy...

Good paint job, but the color makes it look like a lego piece.

As said above, you did a nice job with the paint but the color is terrible. There is a reason you don't see that color combo in engine bays often. +1 for thinking outside the box though.

Yeah, I think changing the red to black would make it look better. Trust me its way out of the box for me but I did not want to conform to the norm. I think this green and black combo will look wicked and very different from the rest. No one can see it for real, but is looks very different and if you see the responses above you can tell that they are very contemporary and like to use the typical orange, blue, white, black colors you see everywhere. When they see me pull up they will have plenty to talk about.

No offense but I think you'll get made fun of way more than you'll get complimented... bright green is a colour reserved for civics IMO.

Silver, gray, or black valve covers would look much better.

For those that think bright green is ricer only, I guess you don't remember Sublime.

I'll bet a hemi 'Cuda doesn't sound like a lawn mower.

thats great but this isn't going in a sublime Mopar. I hope it's not going in the car in the sig, what ever color your car is with that under the hood is going to be a good laugh and get many wtf's. Better off using car color and black.
