Yes you will pick up power but for $2k you could probably find a better way to get the same power.
Just call some shops in your area and see what they think might be the best for you car and your needs.

suspension work? or you are strict on the horsepower policy?
Some foot work would be help full.
I know 400 hp might no be much. ( more than im making tho)
but compared to some other ls1tech guys. 400 hp to the ground is easy.
I say maybe some suspension work? maybe some weight loss if its not DD

Wouldn't waste my time with the fuel rails. Put that towards a fuel pump. For injectors go with the FAST (GM) 36lb. They'll support all the power you need, have a stock spray pattern and will idle better than the 42's. For the bellow, just pick one up from a company that supplies silicone couplers to the turbo guys.

ya it has full suspension and i have already bought a walbro 255L pump! I took the car to the 1/8 mile track the car hooked up awesome i ran a 7.74 @90 mph with a 1.7 60 ft on crappy 275 40 17 falken street tires. i was just looking to pick up some power and mph at the track, without sacrificing its everyday drivability, thanks for all the advice

I'm running 30# svo injectors on a 408. I'm also still running the stock fuel pump and fuel rail. What you're considering I wouldn't think of as "too big", but you could tone it down and do just as well too. Just something to consider.
A 92/92 can pick up quite a bit depending on your set up which seems to be working well.
What gears are you running? Still on the 10 bolt? Is it a A4 or M6? What was your 60'?

I would think it would work good for you if you go to a bigger cam, like an ms3 or ms4. It looks like you are running a little girl cam. Why is that? Are you scared your car will make to much power and it may get away from you? If you need, it looks like you live close to me, I could come over and teach you how to drive. Man up and get a BIG cam to go with all that air flow.

I'm guessing you already have a looser converter. 1.7 isn't bad. Try some softer tires and see what you can do. Add more power and you may end up having to anyway.
Could go the larger cam route, but your setup seems to be working well together.
Personally, I'd keep that $2k ready in case the rear decides its had enough.
