Default IT Help Desk needed in San Antonio, TX

Just thought I'd help out the local F-Body crowd in SA looking for a job.

My work is hiring. Must have IT and Help Desk experience. You will be taking calls from insurance company employees and help them with any PC related issues with Remote Help.

Pay will be 21-24 per hour. Send me a PM

LOL take some IT classes and answer the tech questions right and you got it

After 3 months, they will hire you to an employee, and it will switch to a 45k salary with 5k+ bonuses yearly.

To anyone interested, this is REALLY good pay for that job too considering I did the exact same thing for 2 years and only made $15/hr. If my girlfriend wasn't holding me down here, I'd consider moving over there just for this job...

I've been wanting to enroll for the security assurance or whatever it is at NVC, try for a certificate first, get in the field and go back and finish it(not sure if its the same as what you do), but IDK if I'll make it with work, car payment and insurance.

Technical questions, Outlook issues, virus definitions, and ask you what IT abbreviations stand for (i.e. What is a PST file, what does BSOD stand for) They want you think above and beyond and remember you have all your resources.

Experience in using Remedy is a GREAT help.

With a good degree and lots of experience, it's not hard to make 100K+ a year with benefits from this major. This seems like it would be a very good place to start for someone who just got his computer science degree looking to get into the field.

To anyone I did not get to reply to via PM, sorry but I got 5 resumes already and sent off to management. Don't want to bombard them with more than that.

I will reply to your PMs if nothing happens after these guys get interviewed

Default 10 years experience in Helpdesk & Desktop Support

Hey, I saw your post while cruising this awesome site and wanted to ask if you're still looking for an IT pro.

I've worked in the insurance field previously doing IT and am *very* familiar with Remedy, Service-Now, Active Directory, Citrix Xenapp & Desktop, Office, XP and Windows 7, have supported Blackberry and iPhone, have experience using BES, Cisco Unified Communications, Share Point, am familiar with ITIL, etc.

You said you don't work for USAA but work for another insurance company.

That wouldn't be the company headquartered in Bermuda, would it?
