Default Need help! Frustration growin!!

I have a 2002 z28 ls1/m6

Where to start I ran the check engine light and it came up random missfire. I took it to a local shop And they said it was cylinder 7. I changed plug, coil and wire and the miss has not went away. At normal idle their is a small miss but when I take off there doesn't seem to be loss of power. I notice when I'm on the highway at 70mph in 6th gear at 1500rpm check engine light turns on. I can down shift till 5th and stay at 2000 rpm and the light immediately turns off. I notice a exhaust leak this morning coming from the driver side... I feel like I can't get rid of this problem soon I'll get rid of the car!! HELP please.

that would be something silly to get rid of your car for.... take it to a good shop that does dyno tunes and see if they can give you more of an in-depth scan than those that you'd get from autozone. my SS was doing something similar and it turned out to be condensation in the MAF, all it took was a hose clamp around the bellows that connected the maf and the lid to solve the problem. dont give up so easy!
