2) no reason why he cannot use a phone unless he's in the field but I've personally carried a cell phone during training and have made phone calls after the work day is over or during breaks
3) why no @usmc or .mil email address?
4) he's shipping an already cheap vehicle for free?
I think a simple "what unit are you with? ...I have a buddy stationed there" will quickly prove its a scam
I think it's such BS that this crap can go on and not be considered identity theft. They are alleging they are Ryan Myers, Sgt in USMC and it's a 1993 Black Cobra.
