Beware of agarcia01z I bought a car from him about a month ago. I still needed a bill of sale so I tried calling/texting him several times and someone else kept answering saying it wasnt his phone anymore. So i pmd him a few times and no response.Very bad seller! Beware!

In for more details on this... name, number, address? Lets try and find the guy for you and maybe he did just change his number; or ship out of the country...? Who knows.
In for some details though. Did you just give the dude cash and drive away with the car? I have sold a $25k car on Claim Jumper napkins in California... you use what you have but always get something signed.. =/.

some times you can go to the court house and show the Judge all your documentation and he will sign off on it for you.

I got the title when I bought the car. In ks you dont have to havea bill of sale, but a texas title doesnt have a spot for the purchase price. So I had to have one. The car is now in my name I took care of it but still never got in contact with the seller. He said he will be selling another car soon. I was just informing people that he is shady.
