I'm flying into Austin on tuesday and leaving on friday. Anything going on at night this week? Test & tune, cruise night, etc? I'd rather watch some fast cars instead of just sitting in the hotel bar.

 

Really, nothing in Austin? What about non car related? Anywhere to get good blues music during the week, or at least a good place to relax other than my hotel room? I've got 2 nights left here!

Car shows are on Saturday....sorry you could not stay that long.
6th street is a good place to start to look for live music...just walk down from Congress to IH-35 and listen in.
Also find an Austin Chronicle for a list of music being played on any given day.
There are LOTS of hotels in Austin, so it would be impossible to suggest where you could go besides your hotel bar.
If it's downtown, your options are unlimited.
