Ls1 cam install question

Just wondering what everyone suggests for a cam only on an ls1.. I have full exhaust 4.10 gears, a4 with a shift kit and also looking into buying a 3800 stall converter. what all will i need? trying to buy parts by tomorrow!!!

4.10's in an a4? You daily the car?....might want to switch to a 3:73 gear..... Just my $.02

yeah its my daily but my work is about 1/2 a mile from my house and other than that it is a weekend car. i have another car for a commuter if need be also lol
